Q) I have emailed you and you did not respond!!
A) If you use YahooMail, it automatically sends emails from new people into your BULK folder. If you don't check the folder, after a few days, it deletes the emails. I have several people who email me from their Yahoo accounts, and I email back from my Meanbitches mail, my hotmail, and my Yahoo mail, and am unable to get through to you. This is incredibly frustrating. I respond quickly to every email I get. So check your BULK folder, Yahoo people.
Q) What happens if my computer crashes and wipes out all of my files?
A) We highly recommend that you Back Up licenses on a CD or external hard drive. You can do this by starting Windows Media Player. Then click on Tools>License Management>Backup Licenses. When you are ready to restore them, you cannot just copy them to your new drive. You must click on Tools>License Management>Restore. PLEASE BACK UP YOUR LICENSES.
Q) I ignored your repeated pleadings for me to back up my licenses. I didn't back them up. Any other way to restore my licenses?
A) We have a license restore function set up now at http://license.drmnetworks.com/restore/. This will only work 5 times. Also, it only works on clips were produced within the last two years. But it should restore most of your clips.
Q) If I join Meanbitches.com, do I get all of the video clips from Femdom Theatre as part of my membership?
A) Sorry no... Femdom Theatre clips are not part of the Meanbitches Membership, except the ones in the "Meanbitches Memories" Section. There are around 400 clips in the members section of Meanbitches.com. Most of them are between 2-3 minutes.
Q) Can I copy the clips to a DVD? I promise I won't sell the DVD or trade it to others.
A) No. The clips will only play on your computer. You cannot burn them to a DVD, copy them to a CD, move them to another computer, post them on the Internet, or trade them to a friend.
Q) Hey! I tried to play the clips, it took the tokens, and gave me an error message! What gives? Are you just ripping me off? Are the clips fake?
A) In 90% of all cases, you just need to reinstall Windows Media Player. Microsoft is constantly updating codecs and DRM components. Reinstalling will reset your security settings, update your codecs, and load and new DRM updates. Try going to the Windows Media Player page and loading. If it still does not work, email me at webmaster@meanbitches.com and we will see what we can do. When you email me, please tell me what OS you are using, what error message you are getting, and what clips you are trying to view. The clips are not fake... there are thousands of people happily playing them every day.
Q) Can I save the clips to my hard drive?
A) YES! Unlike other online video stores where you can only watch a clip for 48 hours, at Femdom Theatre once you pay for a clip, it is yours forever*. We recommend that you always right-click and click on save-as, to save to your local hard drive.

Q) What do I need to be able to view the clips?
A) You will need the latest version of Windows Media Player, which you can get for free here. You will need to be running either Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows NT. This will not work on MAC OSX or OS9. Do not download a beta version of Windows Media Player. Stick with the latest released version.
Q) Are you going to start charging for all video clips, or will I still get video clips as part of my Meanbitches membership?
A) You will still get new video 5 days a week as part of your Meanbitches membership.
Q) I am a member of Meanbitches.com. I click on the clips in the "Meanbitches Memories Section", but it still asks me for tokens, and won't accept my Meanbitches id. What gives, webmaster bob?
A) The clips in the "Meanbitches Memories" section of Femdom Theatre are specially encoded to with licenses that require tokens. Unencoded versions of the same clips are available in the Members Secton of Meanbitches.com. Just go to the members section and click on "Video Clips". You should see a list of around 300 video clips.

* The video clips can only be viewed on a single computer. You cannot copy them, move them, email them, or transfer them to a CD. The licenses for the clips are stored on your computer as hidden files.If you accidentally or intentionally delete the licenses from your computer, you will no longer be able to view the clips.
